1 oz low fat Jarlsberg cheese
afternoon snack:
Honey Nonfat Greek Yogurt
1/2 med banana
dinner:
Homestyle beef with mashed potatoes and gravy (nutrisystem)
2 cups salad with tomato and cucumber (fat free balsamic vinegar dressing)
dessert:
Carrot Cake (nutrisystem)
